With a clear plan, we prepare to tackle your new home. This stage involves grading, utility installation, and pouring the foundation. My direct, hands-on management here is crucial, as the precision of this work determines the success of everything that follows.

Phase 3: Framing & Structural Integrity

This is where your home truly begins to take shape. I oversee the framing with an exacting eye, ensuring the structure is sound, square, and built to last. This phase transforms the architectural drawings into a physical space that sets the stage for the following trades to succeed.

Now comes the heart of the craft: the details that define your home’s character. This includes selecting and installing custom finishes inside and out. I prioritize quality materials and skilled artistry, incorporating efficient and sustainable building practices.
